Returns and Exchanges
Our store accepts returns and exchanges for reasons such as "the size doesn't fit" or "the product was different from what I expected," so you can enjoy shopping with peace of mind.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please read the following precautions before contacting us.

When returns and exchanges are not possible
・Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago
・Items that have been worn for an extended period of time other than trying on, washed, cleaned, or altered
・Items that have odors from wear (such as cigarettes or perfume), scratches or stains
・Items with missing tags, labels, or price tags, or items that have been damaged
- If the product's accessories (box or spare buttons) are lost or the product is in a significantly different condition from when it was shipped
- Sale items and items that state "Not eligible for return" on the product page
- Products that have been returned or exchanged at least once
・Basically, we ask that you return the item in the packaging material that was used when it was shipped from our company. We can also pack the item in other packaging materials, but in that case, please return the item in packaging that can easily fit the item and can withstand delivery in rainy weather.
・For items that come with a special box, such as shoes or accessories, please refrain from attaching the shipping label directly to the box. Items that are not packaged in separate packaging materials will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Regarding the cost of returning or exchanging items
In case of return
①Shipping fee
②Shipping fees for returns and exchanges
③Credit card transaction fee (3.4% to 4.15% of the purchase amount, the percentage varies depending on the card company used, see below)
All charges will be borne by the customer.
Card payment fee
Japanese issued online credit cards = 3.4%
Overseas issue / AMEX of online credit cards = 3.9%
JCB Online credit card = 4.15%
In case of exchange for the same product size
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging items.
When sending a replacement item, we will use Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport, with postage charges paid by the customer.
In addition, when returning products to us, please be sure to use a shipping service that provides tracking and compensation, such as Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Yu-Pack, with postage prepaid.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that occur during return shipping.
Refund process
Due to system limitations, payment procedures will be completed as sales when we ship your order.
In the case of a return, we will deduct the above costs (total of ① and ③) from the amount refunded to the credit card used when the product is returned to us.
*Please note that refunds will be made in accordance with the regulations of your credit card company, so it may take some time for the refund to be completed.
Return and exchange procedure
1. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please first contact us by phone or email.
2. After checking, we will contact you, so please check the guidelines and prepare for the return procedure.
When returning or exchanging an item, please be sure to pay the shipping charges and use a shipping service that provides tracking and compensation, such as Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Yu-Pack, and return the item to the address below.
