Regarding shipping during the New Year holiday period

Our year-end and New Year holiday periods will be as follows:

Saturday, December 28, 2024 - Friday, January 3, 2025

■ Regarding the shipping suspension period

We will continue to accept orders through the EC STORE during the above closure period, but product shipments will begin on or after Saturday, January 4, 2025.

*Orders received by 12:00 on Friday, December 27th will be shipped on December 27th (the same day the order is placed). However, orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped after the end of the holiday on January 4th, 2025.

■ Regarding responses to inquiries by email

We will respond to inquiries sent by email during the above-mentioned closure period as soon as possible after the end of the closure on January 4, 2025.
